I've already been adding "clean" foods into my diet without knowing it, but this coming weekend (or as soon as I go shopping) we will be stocking up on "clean" foods.
I've decided that with working out and using my fitness pal (I'm doing well) I also need to stop eating so many processed foods.
So I'm adding my fitness challenge to my blog...choosing a deadline and amping up my workouts. Especially the ab challenge Shannon has been doing over at www.LifeAfterIdew.com.
I'm so lucky I have so many "web" friends to go to for advice about healthy eating and working out!!!!!
