Tighten and Tone

With running, stretching and extra ab workouts added to the daily mix...I gained weight. Not just any weight...but muscle. I technically have 10 pounds more to loose to be happy. But that is because I have gained more muscle.  My BMI is on point!  My goal is soooo close!!!

I am 24lbs lighter.

My face is skinnier, but arms are skinnier, my legs are skinnier...and my middle has transformed.

I feel healthier. I am not as exhausted, my back and hips don't hurt as much. By the time July comes I hope to take another photo of our family to replace this one!

I hope to continue to work on my core, legs and arms.  I want to be lean!  And I want to be able to run a half mile without stopping!

Wish me luck...I give myself until July to see my new results and will be them then!

  2. You look sooooooo good!!! Doesn't it feel amazing?! I can't wait to hit my goal and be done with this whole diet crap and be able to just maintain...ahhh!
