Getting Fit

So as you know I am trying to "Get Fit". And by doing so...I am going to be posting here to show my updates!

Goal: 130lbs

Where I was: 164lbs January 2012

Where I am currently: 138.6  Down 1 lb (as of 7/18)

Weigh In's:
7/18: 138.6 (down 1lb)
7/12: 139.6 (down 4.4lbs)
7/09: 144


Time frame: By September 1st (before we start trying to have another baby) I want to be the littlest that I can.  Healthy.  That way when and if I do get pregnant my heaviest will be 150's and not 160's.

How: Running, Eating clean, My Fitness Pal, 300 Ab Challenge.


The weight is not important.  I want to be smaller than I am, but I have noticed that I am not loosing weight but gaining muscle.  I will be adding in measurements ASAP!

I took some time off..obviously...and this picture is awful!  
But every single week I will be uploading a new photo....
I can still rock my bikini...but I never do! lol
